Ravel was looking at her bed stumped. Two suitcases were on her bed and several pairs of clothes were scattered around them and a few in them. She was in the middle of packing.

“Ugh man it’s like I’m packing for two people,” Ravel whined as she tried configure where her clothes would go in her head.

“That’s the struggle of a little it seems,” Donna Sue said standing next to her. “Maybe you need a third suitcase. One for baby clothes, one for bathrooms stuff, and one for … bigger clothes.”

“I don’t wanna be one of those girls that takes three suitcases,” Ravel pouted.

“Well, if you’re taking just two then you’re going to have to be ok with looking like a baby in public,” Donna Sue shrugged with a smile. “Of course, that’s not a big deal these days.”

“I could also bring less baby clothes you know,” Ravel pointed out.

“Firstly, that’s not as fun. Secondly, we both know that you aren't gonna cut out any baby clothes. Thirdly, I don’t know that I’d say that your ‘big girl’ clothes are all that ‘big girl’ anyway.”

“What do you mean?” In response Donna Sue held up one of the “big girl” outfits in question. It was a light blue shirt that ended in ruffles at the bottom and on the sleeves and decorated with chibi anime characters. It was paired with a short, pink, ruffly skirt. Ravel crossed her arms in a pout. “It’s big enough.”

“I guess our measure for 'big enough' is that it covers your diapers half of the time,” Donna Sue remarked. “Half is being generous,” she added quickly before Ravel could comment. With a sigh Ravel took the skirt back to her closet to find one that covered more. “Maybe your friend can let you borrow an outfit or two.”

“I’m not sure we’re exactly the same size,” Ravel said rummaging through her closet.

“Well, she’s got a washer and dryer, right?”

“Yeah.”

“Wash some clothes while you’re there then.”

“I could do that,” Ravel said thoughtfully.

“But then you wouldn’t get to show off as many cute outfits,” Donna Sue said guessing what was bothering Ravel. Ravel shot her a quick look from the closet. “No shade here. I get you girl. Let’s change strategy.” Ravel emerged from her closet having given up the search for the moment. “You’re having your diapers shipped there ahead of time right?”

“Yeah, I’d need that third suitcase just for those if I brought them with me.”

“Well let’s think about what else we can take out,” Donna Sue moved to the smaller of the suitcases. “All this bathroom stuff: toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, you can buy when you’re there. That frees up a lotta room. Do you think you really need a separate bottle and pacifier for every day?” Donna Sue held up two bags with the items in them.

“Actually, it’s a different paci for day and night, and clips.” Ravel corrected. Donna Sue tilted her head in response. “Ok we can take some out, but keep the clips I’ll lose track of them if I don’t have a clip.” Donna Sue rolled her eyes and she removed a few of the pacifiers.

“I think you can get away with just three bottles,” she said removing some extra bottles. “Now changing supplies. I’m pretty sure your friend will have some there, and those aren’t size specific.”

“Do you think that’s weird?” Ravel asked. “To use someone’s baby wipes and stuff?”

“You’d know more than me,” Donna Sue said back. “If it is though it’s another thing you can buy when you get there.”

“True,” Ravel admitted.

“Ok, with all that out you got almost this whole pocket to work with,” Donna Sue showed an almost empty side in Ravel’s carry on. Ravel got to work immediately filling the space.

“Who is this girl you’re going to see anyway?”

“CryBabyCereal,” Ravel asked still packing things.

“Am I supposed to know that name?”

“She is pretty big in the diaper streamer circle.”

“You know I haven't been in a diaper since college. I'm out of the ab/dl loop.”

“Uh huh,” Ravel said in disbelief. “I know you’re bluffing Donna, and not just about knowing who Cereal is.” Donna Sue blushed a little. “You’re trying to make this sound worse than it is.”

“Well, I mean …”

“Yeah, I know,” Ravel cut Donna Sue off. “I’m running off to see some stranger on the internet. Only she’s not a stranger, she’s a friend. Doesn’t matter if I met her on the internet or not a friend is a friend.” Donna Sue smiled slightly at her friend’s seriousness. “Besides, if she does end up kidnapping me, I know you’ll be over there the next day to crack open some skulls,” Ravel smirked brightening the mood.

“You’re damn right,” Donna Sue pushed a fist into her open hand for emphasis.

“I appreciate your concern Donna I really do,” Ravel moved over to her other suitcase and closed it shut, struggling to hold it closed. “I am a big girl I can take care of myself,” Ravel said while grunting.

“You don’t really look the part these days,” Donna Sue walked over and helped hold the suitcase down.

“You keep reminding me,” Ravel sighed as she zipped the suitcase shut while Donna Sue held it down. Her current outfit was characteristically juvenile: a purple onesie with a pink skirtall over the top of it. Though it was doing a better job at hiding the wet diaper underneath than the earlier “big girl” outfit that was now sealed in the suitcase would have, Ravel could feel the wet diaper underneath her skirtall and onesie. Donna Sue’s tone in her statement indicated she had an idea about the state of the diaper as well even if she couldn’t tell.

“You’re right Ravel,” Donna Sue admitted. “I’ve always tended to be a little motherly to you, and your new lifestyle certainly isn’t helping. You are an adult though. You can make your own decisions. I hope you don't mind me being concerned though.”

“Of course I don't mind,” Ravel said standing up from the arduous task of closing the suitcase and straightening her skirtall. “You’re the mom friend; it’s your job to worry.”

“Mommy friend in your case,” Donna Sue giggled.

“Don’t push it,” Ravel said pointing a finger at Donna Sue. “But speaking of …”

“I thought you needed a change,” Donna Sue accurately predicted what Ravel was about to ask. “If we’re done packing let’s get the suitcases off your bed and get your diaper changed.”

“You seem eager,” Ravel said with a grunt as she put one suitcase on the ground.

“Look who’s talking,” Donna Sue replied. “You asked me, remember,” Donna Sue gestured to the bed and Ravel lied down on it with a playful smirk. “To think you were so embarrassed about this a few days ago,” Donna Sue opened the unopened pack of basic whites that were next to Ravel’s bed.

“The plain ones?” Ravel whined slightly.

“I always found a certain appeal to the plain white diapers,” Donna Sue explained. “More to the point, I’m the one changing you so I get to pick out the print.”

“Fair enough,” Ravel shrugged. Ravel found a pacifier to put into her mouth while Donna Sue laid out the changing supplies on the bed next to her.

“So, you wanna talk about what’s bothering you?” Donna Sue said flipping up the skirt of Ravel’s skirtall and the unsnapping her onesies. “I can tell something’s on your mind.” Ravel winced behind her pacifier.

“Just a bit nervous,” Ravel spat out the pacifier letting it fall next to her face. “Meeting Cereal in person for the first time.”

“I can see how that would be nerve wracking,” Donna Sue had removed the wet diaper and Ravel lifted her bottom so Donna Sue could slide the new one under her. Donna Sue gently pressed down on Ravel’s knee when she had the positioning right. “I’m sure it will be fine though. You said you guys were friends, right?”

“Yeah, like baby friends you know.”

“That’s good enough for just a week-long trip,” Donna Sue was wiping Ravel clean with baby wipes. “I assume you guys are gonna have some baby fun while you’re there?”

“Kinda have to. Stuffies is paying for the ticket and they want some content in exchange.”

“Not a bad deal all things considered,” Donna Sue started sprinkling baby powder. “I mean if you’re already making that kind of thing. Your fun wouldn’t have anything to do with all that other stuff I found with your diaper order, would it?” Ravel blushed a deep red. The “other stuff” she was talking about was the bdsm starter kit Theo had packed in with Ravel’s latest diaper order.

“Quit bein nosy!” Ravel wiggled on top of the still open diaper.

“Hold your diaper for me,” Donna Sue instructed. Ravel held the front with a grimace realizing she had forgotten she was getting a diaper change. “I wasn’t trying to be nosy for the record,” Donna Sue quickly fastened the diaper tapes. “They were just in the box with the diapers. Still doesn’t answer my question though?”

“Maybe? I dunno,” Ravel. Donna Sue gave a quizzical look to Ravel.

“You know at this point I would think we are beyond worrying about being judged for kinks,” Donna Sue snapped Ravel’s onesie shut.

“I don’t have that kink!” Ravel sat up quickly and moved to a pout.

“You don’t?” Donna Sue asked shocked.

“It was Theo's idea," Ravel explained.

"She's trying to get you into other kinks?" Donna Sue said with some alarm.

"She just said to try it out. Said that if I incorporate it into content, I can make more money."

"So, you're just doing it for money?" The accusation in Donna Sue's voice was clear.

"I'm going to try it," Ravel said crossing her arms. "Apparently most littles are into that, and if am too then ... well then more money is more money."

“I suppose one kink usually does include the other.” Donna Sue shrugged. “Regardless be safe messing around with that stuff on your own. I assume Cereal knows what she’s doing?”

“Yeah, she does,” Ravel said softly.

“Well, that’s good,” Donna Sue finished the diaper change by fixing Ravel’s skirtall. “I can understand why you’re nervous. That’s a lot, especially for meeting for the first time, but ya gotta take advantage of the time you have together. Just try and let loose and go with the flow. Take the time to experiment and figure out what you like.”

“That’s the goal,” Ravel said sitting up.

“But also try and find some time to have a normal vacation. Wear your ‘big girl’ clothes and go outside and see something.”

“Got it so I have to let loose and experiment, take time to not experiment and go outside, be safe and cautious, and also go with the flow,” Ravel had counted out each of the sometimes-contradictory items on her fingers as she listed them.

“Don’t forget to have fun!” Donna Sue joked. Ravel met the joke with a deadpan gaze. “You will have fun.”

“You’re not gonna get jealous if I let her change my diaper too, right?”

“Only a little,” Donna Sue shrugged. “As long as you remember who your og is.”

“I ain’t gonna forget that,” Ravel extender her fist and Donna sue lightly tapped her fist to Ravel’s.

“Come on, let’s go bother Micheal and get some food. You gotta say goodbye to him too before your big trip. Ravel hopped up off the bed. “I’m driving. It freaks me out seeing you drive dressed like that.”
